Vytex Windows is pleased to announce the acquisition of Vinyl Kraft, an Ohio-based manufacturer of vinyl windows and doors serving the residential replacement and remodeling industry.
The acquisition represents an important milestone in Vytex’s continued growth and a long-term investment in two established window manufacturers.
Vinyl Kraft will continue to operate independently under its established brand, leadership, and business model. Customers of both Vytex and Vinyl Kraft can expect continuity in the products, service, ordering processes, and relationships they rely on today.
