Where is the sash sticker?

The sash sticker is located on the sash frame and can be found by tilting in the sash frame from the main frame. For full instructions view the video below at timestamp .55.

How can I find my order number?

For windows purchased before 2019, the order number is in the top right corner of the sash label. For windows purchased in 2019 or later, the order number can be found on the bottom right corner of the sash label above the barcode.
