Dennis Bamber joined Vytex in January 2018 as Chief Financial Officer. In his role, he has managed the financial aspects of the business during a period of rapid growth and has achieved significant milestones in that regard. 

Prior to joining Vytex, Dennis had an extensive background in finance, including working with PwC on audits and business investigations. He has also served as CFO of several multinational aluminum businesses that supplied parts to the construction industry. 

Dennis earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto in 1978 and obtained his CPA certification in 1980.

In his free time, Dennis enjoys skiing, running, hockey, and playing the piano.
